It baffles me how anyone manages to do this everyday BUT i'm not giving up i'm sure that after a few weeks i'll be loving it and loving the new me.
Another thing i started today was upgrading my water intake. This has been the hardest thing for me to do because i hate water and before today i did everything in power to not have even one glass of water. In saying that i am extremely proud of my actions today! NOTHING but water :D yes i have grumbled and moped every time i have reached for the water but i have succeeded in the first day and i am very happy with myself.
To start of my new healthy eating i created a plan for the week:
Monday ~ Start the day with an hour walk followed by a protein Smoothie for breakfast. Nothing but water to drink for remainder of the day.
Tuesday ~ Start the day with special k cereal and a coffee. Can have 1 glass of cordial or juice today remainder of day water. Zumba class in the evening.
Wednesday ~ Start the day with special k cereal and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Nothing but water to drink for remainder of day. half hour of squats and jump rope
Thursday ~ Toast for breakfast. half hour of squats and step aerobics. can have 1 coffee today but then only water to drink for remainder of day.
Friday ~ Start day with Protein Smoothie and an hour walk. Nothing but water to drink.
Saturday ~ Boiled egg and toast for breakfast. half an hour walk plus zumba class. can have a glass of cordial or juice today.
Sunday ~ treat for breakfast. half hour walk. can have coffee.
Phew what a week! i hope it all goes well and i don't go astray!
